Join Chef Rob for his latest "Taste of" class, allowing you to travel to a different country to experience world-class flavours from the comfort of our Marketplace Kitchen!

This month, Chef Rob will take you to New Orleans to explore the techniques and classic culinary traditions. You will be led through a variety of authentic Southern recipes including Cajun Jambalaya, Catfish Cakes, and Cornbread Muffins. You will gain hands on experience before sitting down to enjoy your meal as a group.
