Join Chef Rob at the Kitchener Market for a market tour and cooking demo! Chef Rob will take you through the Saturday farmers’ Market, stopping at a few local vendors to discuss the products they sell and grow, along with some insider knowledge into how to purchase the best ingredients for your kitchen. Back upstairs in the Marketplace Room, Chef Rob will prepare a dish to show you how to transform individual ingredients into a meal. You'll have an opportunity to sample each dish and will leave armed with Chef Rob's personal recipes - ready to shop the Market and pick up fresh, tasty ingredients for home.
