This fun and interactive class is made for beginners in the kitchen. Chef Nicole knows all too well that if you want to get kids in the kitchen, it needs to be with food and flavours they want to eat. In this class, your teens will learn how to make a nutritious and delicious meal along with some important knife skills too. Recipes are appropriate for teens aged 13-16 who are able to work independently in the kitchen (including using a small paring knife, working with raw meat and using the stovetop).
