Join our professional chefs from the comfort of your own home as we present our virtual cooking class series. Chef Nicole will be presenting a demo on power foods, including choosing the right ingredients  for your health. You can enjoy this video from your own kitchen! The video can be found on the City of Kitchener's YouTube channel. 

This event is in support of the Food Bank of Waterloo Region. Donations are welcome.
