Join Julie Zettel Yoga for this 30 minute practice of yogic sleep. Yoga Nidra is a method of conscious sleep, it’s considered to be one of the deepest meditation techniques bringing awareness to the breath and leading you into a state of complete stillness and insight. This guided form of meditation has been proven effective to reduce stress, tension, anxiety and sleeplessness.
Yoga Nidra is accessible to anyone with or without meditation experience.
This is a practice done entirely laying on your back or in any comfortable position which promotes deep sleep and whole-body healing. Head and neck support is recommended as well as pillows and a light blanket.
