Join us in the Marketplace for an informative four part series that will focus on healthy food selection and preparation. Sage Naturopathic Clinic will be here to teach us a variety of tips and tricks to getting more benefit and wellness from the food we eat, along with some great ideas for meal preparation.

Thursday, February 6: Breakfasts - The Energizing Start of the Day - Register 

Are you a person who eats the same breakfast every single day? A coffee and a bagel, or a slice of toast, or perhaps a muffin? This workshop will reveal how to bring variety to your breakfasts using ingredients that are easy to digest, support your gut health and are gentle on your waistline.

Thursday, February 13:  Entrees - Getting Bang for Your Buck - Register

Tune in for an overview of some of the most time- and cost- efficient ways to prepare a complete meal. We will focus on protein, healthy fats and veggies while sticking to a budget of both money and time.

Thursday, February 20:  Nourishing Side Dishes - Register

There are a gazillion other side dishes besides mashed potatoes, french fries and cooked white rice! This session will teach you to prepare delicious sides that are nutrient-dense, fiber-rich and kind on your blood sugar level.

Thursday, February 27:  Baking and Desserts - Simple and Sweet - Register

This session is for all those who believe life is better with dessert. This session is also for those who want to learn about making desserts that are actually nourishing and can be enjoyed not only as a treat.
