Introducing the Underground Flavour Series, a multicultural dining experience at the Kitchener Market, hosted By The Underground Flavour Group. Experience hands on cooking, crafted & prepared from our group of 12 diverse top chefs. Ranging from countries on all ends of the world, our chefs have put together a 3 course menu that represents the country from which they come from. On the last Wednesday of every month, we offer you a seat at the Marketplace table to indulge in an ethnic cuisine prepared by the featured chef. A tour of the world one bite at a time! One glass of wine will be offered at each meal. Please register individually for all evenings that you wish to attend.
